 …one last move around the HYS yard…

…and then into the water for the first time…

Next problem was the outboard…. it works fine - just its a short shaft and by the looks of it a long shaft is required (it wasn’t very easy to measure on the hard). So - we moved the batteries and sat in the port quarter…. and motored around to Ocean Village. Lucky I am quite heavy.

…as you can see - the boat is well heeled over…

Later purchased a long shaft outboard from ebay…. brand new - only done a few hours.
